Whole word grayed out in Find/Replace

Hello,

What would cause the "whole word" check box to be grayed out in Find/Replace dialog box?

I am using CCSv6.0.0.00190.

Hello,

If the "Find" field is blank, it will be greyed out. Once you enter in a word, it should be available.

Earlier I was searching for something and it wasn't available. Now I tried it and it works.
