bin file

Hi,

I'm using Code Composer Studio 5.5.0 with TMS570 MCU.

I have used the following post-build step to create bin file:

"${CCS_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/tiobj2bin.bat" "${BuildArtifactFileName}" "${BuildArtifactFileBaseName}.bin" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/ofd470" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/hex470" "${CCS_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/mkhex4bin"

In the bin file, is there a CRC data or a chechksum data?

Hi George,

If there isn't any CRC/CHKS data of bin file, is there a post-build step to add a validation data of bin file?
