how to resolve the CCS reactivation license issue

HI all,

am not able to extend my CCS licence. am getting following error.

You have already activated an entitlement for this product. There are no additional activations allowed. If you need further assistance, Click here to contact us.

help me to resolve the same.

So did you contact the customer care? Only they'll be able to help you out.

I have contacted the customer care,

i tried the above still i get the error i have posted in earlier mail.

Hi Mahesh,

are you using a demo license? Or are you trying to migrate your license to a different machine? Both are different cases.

The license team is for purchased licenses, which you do seem to have. If you are migrating you need the eth0 MAC address of the new machine. This is only allowed once, or you need to contact the team here:

ccs_subscriptions@list.ti.com
