Error 0x80000200/-1072 Fatal Error during: OCS

Hello.  I am trying to debug a system using CCS 5.1 and XDS510 USB JTAG emulator.

I have done several searches here with no luck.

Full error:

TMS320C671X: Error connecting to the target: Error 0x80000200/-1072 Fatal Error during: OCS,  PTI_ERR_TARG_STATE Error Occured at 0x000000FF 

The code builds just fine, but I suspect there is an issue with either my config file, or with the communications between emulator and chip. 

What exactly does that error mean?  Can I get a list of errors so I can narrow down my issue?

Let me know if there is any additional system info you require.

    This seems most likely. Did you try running the diagnostics that is part of the SDConfigEx utility? What was the results?
