Memory Error on Single step

I get the following memory error (on the very first line) when I try to single step my MPS430fg4618 C program using code composer:

MSP430: Trouble Reading Memory Block at 0x3134 on Page 0 of Length 0xa: Could not read device memory

Everything worked fine a couple of months ago.

What am I doing wrong?
