Converting a .bin(uboot binary) to CCS loadable .out file.

Hi,

Is there a utililty that can convert a uboot binary(.bin file) built using ARM9 cross-compiler tool chain on linux  or a kernel image(uImage)

to a format that can loaded using the CCS ?
