Hi,

I noticed that CCSv6 Debug Perspective does not have a menu of Tools->RTOS Analyzer->RTA(legacy).
This means legacy BIOS (DSP/BIOS) users can't do any real-time analysis such as CPU Load, LOG printfs, etc.. on CCSv6. I could do the same with CCSv5.x.

Do you have any suggestions to realize real time analysis on CCSv6 ?
Fyi, using SYS/BIOS with UIA tools is not a option because the target device is C672x/DA7xx.

Is the RTA (Legacy) menu item grayed out or does it not appear at all?
What version of BIOS and XDCtools are you using?

Could you capture a screenshot of your RTSC component versions (as seen in Project Properties->General->RTSC tab) and attach it here?

Hi AartiG,

Thanks for your replay.
The menu item does not appear at all.
Here is a snapshot of the project property.
Please note I'm using BIOS5 so there is no RTSC tab in the window.

I checked with the development team and found out that RTA for BIOS5 projects is no longer supported in CCSv6. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and would have to suggest continuing to use CCSv5 if you really need to stay with BIOS5 and need RTA support.
