Missing information from the error parser on errors, warnings and remarks in CCS 4.0

Please supply a test case which shows a diagnostic disappearing between CCS 3.3 and CCS 4.0.  See http://tiexpressdsp.com/index.php/Before_asking_for_CGT_support#Useful_information_to_provide_together_with_a_description_of_the_issue: for help with that step.  

As for as a list of remarks, I submitted SDSCM00035209 to our ClearQuest system to request that list be published.  You can see the status of the entry here .  Enter that number in the "Find Record Id" box.

I downloaded the beta version of CCS 4 (CCS 4.1.0.02003)  with C6000 Code Generation Tools v. 6.1.12 and this version represent the errors/warnings with full text.

My licensed version CCS 4 ( 4.0.2.01003 ) with C6000 Code Generation Tools v. 6.1.9 cuts the error description or does not display it at all.

Now my problem is reduced to find and download the latest C6000 Code Generation Tools v. 6.1.12.

I don't want to update my CCS 4.0 released version  to a CCS 4.1 beta version and I cannot get my CCS 4.0 to update the Code Generation Tool.

Hope you can help me with a link to the download site!?
