How can I create the PIO class driver?

In the underlist of device driver of the DSP/BIOS configuration file for 2812, I only see "User Defined Devices", "DIO-Class Driver", "DGN....", "DHL..."DPI-Pipe Driver". But how can I create a PIO adapter or PIO Class driver?

Another question is that how can I transfer the .tcf configuration file to .cdb configuration file?
