On a C28335 processor, the memory browser (within the program flash space) appears to be consistently shifted by 2 address locations. In the attached screen-shot, the memory browser shows a 0x7215 at address 0x300003, but the expressions view at the right shows 0x7215 at address 0x300005 -- note the 0x7215 at address 0x300005 is consistent with the hex file that is loaded, so it appears to be a memory browser bug.
The attachment that you added with this post did not seem to make it through for some reason.
