Can I use XDS100v1 on CCSv3.3 release version 3.3.38 ?

I purchased the CCSv3.3 official CD title.

and, that's release version is 3.3.38.

Can I use XDS100v1 on this release ?

 

In case, If I install XDS100 SW(XDS100_v1_1_RTM.exe), then does it possible ?
