May i know how to i go about checking whether is my CCE v3.1 is a full version or with limitation?

    James,

    When CCE is opening, check the pop up box. It should say either Code Composer Essentials Core Edition or Code Composer Essentials Professional. The former is the limited version, while the latter is the unlimited one.

    With CCE opened, go to Help -> About and you should see the top string that says either Code Composer Essentials Core Edition or Code Composer Essentials Professional.

    The Release Notes file also contains the information about Core Edition (limited) or the Professional (unlimited). This file is typically installed under C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\CC Essentials v3.1\docs
