Spectrum Digital XDS560V2 STM LAN Emulator_0/C64XP_0 Target must be connected before loading program.

I was working on a debug session using the Spectrum XDS562V2 for few days.

I created a new project .

after that I could not get the target connected, neithor to new project nor to the old project which was working.

I ran the SD562v2Cnfg V5 and the emulator was discovered.

I recycled power on the target, restarted Eclipse (CCS)  but without any luck.

When I try to start Debug on the old project or new project I get

C64XP_0: GEL Output: GEL StartUp Complete.
Spectrum Digital XDS560V2 STM LAN Emulator_0/C64XP_0 : Target must be connected before loading program.
