can not update CCSv?

I believe I have CCSv6 but strangely it did not show the version.

I don't want to install a fresh one yet.

Do we have any solutions for this problem ?

Do a fresh install at a new folder and with Anti-virus turned off.

Could you please zip up all install_logs* folders under the ccsv6 directory and post them here? It looks like your installation did not complete successfully, otherwise you'd see the version, but I'd like to take a look and see if we can help you fix the problem.

Unfortunately, I have deleted everything under /ti/ccsv6 and did a fresh installation.

It's ok now.
