The best documentation I know of for DVT is on the wiki at http://wiki.davincidsp.com/index.php/Category:DVT, is this the sort of thing you are looking for (I am not sure what your question is)?

I was actually looking for documents related to DVT. ( which would describe how to use the tool...and other information like functionalities available..etc)

DVT can refer to several things. For example, many of the views integrated in CCSv4 are DVT components. Some of these are the Image View, RTA views, profile view, etc.. and the fact that they are based off DVT is transparent to the user.

There are also standalone DVT releases like SoC Analyzer which can be used in conjunction with CCS for getting system level data from specific targets.
