I simulated the FFT and FIR Texas are in IQmath_v213 of TI on the code composer studio v3.3, after the results of the benchmarks I have found a factor 9 between DEBUG and INLINE mode, the same for the FFT and FIR.

if you can help me understand this factor.

You can compare the Inline and Debug configurations' Build Options. The Inline configuration has optimization level 3 (-o3) - that should make a lot of difference.
