command line arguments in CCS

hi,

i want to run my encoder application on OMAP35x board.i am using  ccs v3.3(SR11) and JTAG emulator. but i don't see any option in ccs  through which i can pass command line arugments to my application.

is it possible to do so in CCS v3.3(SR11)?
