ccs and xds510usb lc

I have just received a new jtag (xds510LC) and am trying to get it to work with my old code composer (v4.12) and cannot get it to work. Does this usb jtag work with this old version of code composer and can anyone give me any pointers.

    If you mean old code composer (CC) as in just 'code composer' (no studio) than chances are you will be unable to get the xds510LC to work with it, as the last time this software was really used was Windows 98 (we had a Windows 98 box around my office until recently for this very purpose). Essentially to get this emulator to work with CC you would have to have CC drivers for it, and it is unlikely that Spectrum Digital will generate CC drivers for the xds510LC, in general to work with this old Code Composer you would have to use an XDS510PP type of emulator.
