CCS5.5 code sense don't work within #if ... #else ...#endif statement

Hi,
My target CPU is c283x. I find CCS5.5 code sense don't work within #if ... #else ...#endif statement, especially for bit fields, see following pictures

i don't know why. and, if the data structure is defined by user(not TI), there is no code sense

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is a bug, maybe it's an intended behavior.

In my CCS v5.1 the code sense works inside de activated #if and doesn't work inside the disabled #else. Inside the disabled #else it shows all data types used, instead of the fields of the structure I'm using.

Does CCS v5.1 code sense works for your own data types? it doesn't work for my defined data types, it's not convienent if there are many user's data types.

Yes, it works for the data types I created, but only inside the active #if.
