Installation ERROR!

in attempting to install CC Version: 6.0.1.00040 I get the following ERROR. The install was to install all features / tools

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]com.ti.cgt.pru.2.0.win32_root 2.0.0.B2, action=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.touchpoint.natives.actions.ChmodAction).
The action chmod failed - file c:\ti\ccsv6\eclipse\downloads\ccs_update_5.5.0.00090.exe does not exist

Maybe, some features and tools can't be installed at the moment.

We did have one other person report the same issue where the installer can't find that executable. We think that maybe their anti-virus or security software blocked or removed the file. Are you able to temporarily disable those programs?
