CCS Team,
I have a problem with CCSv4 (4.1.0.02006) and the Piccolo 'F28035 device. When we have two breakpoints set in the active project then we cannot debug it. When we select debug active project, the IDE rebuilds, apears to reload, and changes to the debug perspective, but we get the following error in the console:
C28xx: Trouble Setting Breakpoint with the Action "Finish Auto Run" at 0x3e8302: Error 0x00000008/-2046 Error during: Break Point, Unable to set hardware breakpoint at 0x003E8302. All hardware breakpoints are already in use. Some hardware breakpoints may be used by analysis.
Also, the debugger scope changes to the disconnected device in the non-project debug session (see attached screenshot). If I click and switch the scope back to the project debug session it shows that the CPU is running, but I can't halt it. Also, I don't see the expected LEDs toggling on the board so I don't think it's running. At this point I can't do anything with the project - reload or debug give the same results.
The only workaround I can find is to disable one of the breakpoints in my source code, then I can reload the project without any problem.
Has anyone seen this one? Any solutions?
