CCS4 fails downloading to MSP-FET430USB

Hi

I have installed free microcontroller CCSv4 in a desktop PC (WXP Pro SP3) and in a laptop (WXP Home SP3).

I have ordered the eZ430-RF2500 and I can compile, download and debug OK the flashing led sample project with the PC, but in the laptop I can compile but can´t download to the target board:

"Error initializing emulator:
Could not initialize device interface"

I imagine the problem may be related to USB port configuration, drivers, .. I have probed to reinstall software versions (CCSv2 also fails), reinstall drivers, ..

Recently, I have read another similar message (Posted by Ahmed MDINI

) without answer.
