CCS5 installation error

Hello,

I got the following error message during the installation of CCS5.4 (offline installer) on Windows 7:

"unable to access http://software-dl.ti.com/dpds/dsps_public_sw/sdo_ccstudio/CCSv5/CCS5.5.0.00077_win32. Check your setting and try again"


Same behaviour with online and offline CCS5.5 installer. Firewall is disabled and I have administrator user rights.

Any ideas? Could you check if the server is up?

    Hi Mickael,

    Can you please post the installation logs from c:\program files\installjammer registry\ccsv5 (program files (x86) if you're using a 64 bit computer) so I can take a look? 

    Please ensure you've unzipped the offline installer correctly, i.e. retaining the folder structure.

    Hello Danish,


    Unfortunatelly I didn't found the installjammer registry folder in program files (x86).

    Nevertheless I extracted again the offline installer package and now I can install it without any issue... I don't really understand what happened but at the end it works so thank you for the suggestion and your support.
