Good day!
I can not install CCS v5.5 on Windows 7 Professional. Administrator rights. Antivirus off. Start the installer was producing through the right button, then choose Run as administrator. Tried different installers and always got the result shown in the figure. Program log is attached.

The following conditions are also satisfied:
- antivirus or permissions interference (у вас антивирус отключен)
- use of junctions/mapped/virtual drives or servers
- use of program files to install
- special characters in a user name
- set TMP and TEMP variables from control panel to a writable directory that already exists and that you know doesn't have any junctions or links in the path.
