Hello,
I had no problem at all in opening workspace using CCS up to 5.4 on Windows XP for years.
Now I have to upgrade to 64-bit Windows 7 due to IT policy at work.
I also install CCS-5.5, just because I don't want to take risk using CCS-6.
I was able to open a new work-space right after installation.
Now I'm NOT able to open that work-space, even worse, I'm NOT able to create any work-space, no matter where it is, even after reboot PC
What should I do ?
Hi,
Try re-installing CCS, and see if you will still encounter the same problems. Delete your previous installation directory before re-installing CCS.
