Log_info with %f (float) format does not work

Hi,

I'm having difficulty logging floating numbers using Log_info and UIA. When I do, the System Analyzer shows me "%f" instead of the number. For comparison, this worked fine in legacy tools in the past, when no UIA was used and logger module has been a part of SYS/BIOS.

Perhaps you could format the number in such a manner that you could use one of the format choices that do work, e.g.

double val = 1.23;
char buff[100];
sprintf(buff, "%.2f", val);
Log_info0(buff);

You are probably looking for a proper fix to your problem, but perhaps a hack like this will get you unstuck for now.

That one of the workarounds that we currently use - format floating point numbers into a string and log with LogSnapshot. However, this is suboptimal since it takes much CPU and RAM.

So we would really appreciate the CCS team fixing this.
