Setting up CCS license server on virtual machine not possible?

Hi,

I am trying to set up CCS license server on virtual Windows machine (hosted by Windows server 2012 with Hyper-V). Flexera/FlexNet documentation (http://downloads.ti.com/ccs/esd/licenseadmin/FNP_LicenseAdminstrationGuide.pdf) has nice step-by-step instructions for running the server on virtual machine with Hyper-V. However, the required piece of SW ('lmbind') is nowhere to be found. The Flexera web page state that all the related SW should be provided by the company who issues the license.

I would like to know if 'lmbind' executable is available somewhere and if not, is it even possible to run CCS license server on virtual machine?
