How to solve CCS V5.5 install error with Windows 8.1

Hello Sir.

I'm trying to install CCS V5.5 in windows 8.1 several times.

But there are problems. one is pending reboot, another one is extract failed.

Please help me.

I already disabled anti-virus software.

I attached the error capture and log.

Please check it

Hi,

Try running the setup in Windows 7 compatibility mode and also with "Run as Administrator" option. Deactivate your anti-virus and firewall. Let me know what you observe then.

Due to a limitation in eclipse, the username cannot contain any Unicode characters. In order to install the product, please create a temporary admin user and install CCS for all users.

Thank you for all.

I solved the problem.

The problems was just computer name.....

My PC name is Korean, It was problems.

I made another administrator ID and then install again....
