Hello - I currently have CCS v5.4/TI-RTOS 1.10.00.23 installed on my Windows machine and have several TI-RTOS projects built and running on a Concerto Experimenters Kit. The listing below is from my c:\ti directory on my machine.
I would like to update to the new TI-RTOS 2.00.02.26, which requires CCS v6. Our company will require me to use the offline installers for this installation. My question is, can I install the new CCS v6 and TI-RTOS 2.00.02.26 in the same area (c:\ti) that the older versions are installed? Or will this conflict in some way? I'd like to be able to switch back and forth between CCSv5.4 and CCSv6 if possible. Will the new CCS v6 know to choose TI-RTOS 2.00.02.26 if there are multiple versions of TI-RTOS installed?
Or perhaps it would be best to install the new software in a separate area (i.e. c:\ti_update)
Thanks for any help
