Hi,
I have CCS 6 installed on Windows 7 64-bit. From control panel, it is seen that FTDI drivers are installed. But AM3358 JTAG interface is not recognized by Windows 7.
What is wrong?

I have removed CCS 6. Before I reinstall CCS 6, I want to try to install the driver separately.
I remove the above drivers, then install "CDM v2.12.00WHQL Certified" driver. When I plug in AM335x SK USB/serial cable to this PC (Windows 7, 64-bit), it still does not recognize the chip with an appropriate serial port. Please see the picture:
The weird thing is that the Control Panel does not show the new installed driver:
