CCS license issue when connection XDS510

Bonjour,

Customer is having issue with license. It seems like the path entered isnt taken into account. Customer has upgraded a free install (tied to XDS100 / evm).

Do you have suggestions?

    What is the version of CCS ?
    If customer updated to new version (CCSv6) then need to migrate license too for CCSv6.
    If still have any problems, We move to your post to CCS forum to get better answers there.

  • Looking at the screen capture it looks like the free license is a CCSv4 license and the one they are attempting to switch to is a CCSv5 license. Thus I believe they are running CCSv4. The CCSv5 license should work fine with CCSv4. Try having them remove the free CCSv4 license and place the CCSv5 license under /debugserver/license in their installation directory.
