Hello,

Where can I find the description/purpose of the setting files, i.e. org.eclipse.core.resources.prefs and etc.

I didn't find any information about the content of the following files contained in the ".settings" directory:
org.eclipse.cdt.codan.core
org.eclipse.cdt.core
org.eclipse.cdt.debug.core
org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuider.core
org.eclipse.core.resources
org.elcipse.ltk.core.refactoring

I think these setting files may be part of the standard Eclipse, rather than setting files which TI have created.
