Hi,

I'm using ccs4 version,and I have to enable 'silicon real time mode' in the generic debugger options (acconding to the lab manual).

Well, unfortunately in my generic debugger options ,there is not options to enable.Why not???

I'm using XDS 100 emulator and The High Voltage Digital Motor Control (DMC) and Power Factor Correction (PFC) kit

(TMDSHVMTRPFCKIT) with F28035 Control card.

Can anybody help me what is wrong?

Did you try updating CCSv4? Also, is the target configuration correct? Also, check this link:

I tried updating but i got this message : no updates for the currently installed features found. Try again later.Target configuration is correct (XDS 100 and TMS320F28035).I check that link and do everything like that but option : enable silicon real time mode is disabled.

Perhaps your release of CCS has the bug described in the thread below:

For major revision updates (examples CCSv4 -> CCSv5), you need to manually download the installer and run it. You cannot update it using the Update Manager from inside CCS. I suggest using CCSv6:

Since you are using an XDS100, you can use the free license with v6.
