CCSV6 installation problem

Hi, I tried to install ccsv6 (for simplelink device ) on my desktop, but it was all stuck at the last step.see pic bellow.

I have turned off antivirus and firewall.

Need help ,please

Hi Jin,

Try deleting c:/ti/CCS v6 folder and try installing again by clicking on "Run as administrator" option.

Can you please zip up the contents of the install_logs* folders (all of them) in c:\ti\ccsv6 and post them here?
