I am trying to install the PRU C compiler in CCSv6 under Ubuntu 12.04. When I click install software I get a message saying that I must review and accept the license agreement before the software can be installed. But I can find no way to do that. Apparently there should be a 'next' button but all I get is 'cancel' and 'OK'.
The answer to a previous but slightly different post said to install the C compiler from ti.com/tool/PRU-SWPKG but that only contains the assembler. I cannot find any way to manually download the compiler package.
I am stuck at this point.
I had the same problem trying to install the PRU C compiler in CCS 6.01 from the Apps Center in both Windows and Linux (CentOS).Bob Koen said:I am trying to install the PRU C compiler in CCSv6 under Ubuntu 12.04. Going to Help -> Install New Software and selecting "Code Generation Tool Updates" from the Work With combo-box, I was then able to install the PRU C compiler in both Windows and Linux.
