Support for Delfino TMS320F28335 Processor

I have CCStudio 3.1 and presently working on 2812 processor.

If i have to work on TMS320F28335 processor, do i need to upgrade to CCS 4.x?

I am not getting the information on Chips supported by different versions of CCS.

Hello,

You can also use CCStudio 3.1 and CCStudio 3.3

In fact with CCStudio 3.3 you get the setup for TMS320F28335 processor.

I wouldn't recommend CCSv3.1 but both CCSv3.3 and 4.x support F28335. All current 28x devices are supported by both.

I agree with John.

If I recall CCS 3.1 does not support disassembly of the floating-point instructions.
