Why is the Projects and Build Handbook not a PDF?

A suggestion for improvement:

I had to go search the web and finally find some information about general things for CCSv6.  It is in the Wiki, but that is an incredibly awful place to put it. The thing I found is "Projects and Build Handbook for CCS".  It looks incredibly useful.  I could have used this 8 months ago when I started Tiva work in earnest!

Not sure if I found the NDK, RTOS, and other "SPRU" PDF's in the initial install, but all of those PDF's belong in what I load when I install CCSv6 probably in the docs directory. I guess I am old fashioned, but I go looking for real documents rather than a Wiki for documentation because I can grep for the things for which I am searching. A Wiki is also not much help if I am not connected to the Web. (yes that is still possible!)

*Please* help others and make this Handbook a PDF and include all of the links like the "sharing with others section".  This PDF should be pointed to by the "Readme First.txt" so folks can understand how to do all the normal things one does in building projects as soon as he installs CCSv6.

Looking forward to RTM now that I actually have the manual.

Also, I have yet to find a manual that describes how to use mkhex4bin.exe.  We want to glue our bootload image and our application image into one file for use in manufacturing. I believe that tiobj2bin.bat and mkhex4bin will probably do what we want, but I can't tell because there is no manual that I can find.  Something else that needs to be in a PDF or at least under the CCS 5.1 compiler and assembler tools in Help.

Thanks.
