Unable to update CCS5 - 2 resources can not be accessed/located

Hi,

since I wanted to use MSP430 for a new project I started with updating my CCS5 (full license version) to the latest revision.

Two updates can not be installed because of missing/not accessible resources:

- Hercules Emulation

- MSP430 Emulators

Please tell me how to access these updates!

My CCS Version is displayed as 5.5.0.00077, running on a Win7 64-bit host (without problems!).

Hi,

I guess, the respective servers might be down or under review. You should try after sometime.

Both those updates are for CCS version 6.x. Unfortunately, eclipse error messages aren't always clear.

Well, to bad that it is shown in CCS5 as available update!
Should not show up here since this only leads to confusion!

Yes it is confusing. I'll raise this issue to the CCS team to help avoid this confusion in the future.
