Resource is out of sync with the file system

Dear support.

I have installed new version of CCS 6.0.1 on windows 8.1

When try to open a project in workspace i have the error:

"Resource is out of sync with the file system" , then waitng for refresh . . forever and ever.

I must delete the process for stop the waiting.

Can you help me ?

Hi Stefano,
Eclipse produces the message, "Resource is out of sync with the file system", when a file in an Eclipse project is changed outside of Eclipse. As CCS is built on top of eclipse from version 4, its applicable to CCS as well.
Refresh the workspace/project if the files (of the workspace/project) got changed outside of Eclipse
To avoid this or automate this, you can use the following option, "Windows -> Preferences -> General -> Workspace " and then check the box "Refresh using native hooks or polling" which will automatically refresh external workspace changes.

I know the reason of this error. The problem is why the ccs goes to block forever

Hi Stefano,

Try deleting the workspace and create a new one. Let us know what you observe after that.

OK deleted the project and created a new, now all si ok
