PC Trace connection doesn't work with Blackhawk System Trace v2

Hello,

I'm working on an own developed board with a C6672. Connection and debugging via Blackhawk System Trace v2 works fine.
On the EVM with an C6678 (connected via XDSv100), I also used PC Trace for debugging.

Trying to connect PC Trace on our own board via the Blackhawk, the following error occured.
Maybe somebody can give advice what's wrong here?

The target configuration in CCS for XDS and Blackhawk seems to be similar.
