Working offline and updating CCS v.4

Colleagues,

Our customer is using a CCS v.4 but their PC is not connected to internet due to security. Can he still work with CCS offline? How they can update the CCS (we advised to download periodically the software, delete from work PC and reinstall)?

thank you for the link. As far as I understand from it, the customer needs every time to reinstall CCS for update?

In the future we hope to have some solution for customers who wish to do an off-line update. In the meantime, I think that is the only solution.
