Code Composer for c3x not available

Hi,

I searched the TI website for Tools for the old c3x DSP.

I find the Code Composer 4.1 link/site but there there is only a service pack2 there and not the whole installation package (I tried to install but is asks for CC 4.1 for C3x-c4X then). Where can I find the whole installation of CC 4.1 for c3x (for windows)?
