CCSv6.1: File search not working

Has anyone had any issues with CCSv6.1 file search functionality?  searching for anything results in 0 matches.

    Stephen,

    I really did not see this. Are you using Ctrl+H and setting the proper search scope?

    I am trying to do a File search and not a C/C++ search, however, your post indirectly helped me find out what's causing the issue. For some reason, the File name patterns was set to "Makefile".  I corrected the issue by setting it to *.*.

    I don't like doing C/C++ searches because the search tool removes the "." from structure variables in the Containing text box.
