what's the difference between RTSC project and a ccs project?

    Hi Aicha,

    RTSC projects come with real-time packages esp. required for sys/bios based projects etc. For eg. the HDVICP library available for DM6467 device is not a codec so one needs the basic RTSC packaging so that the XDC tools can pull in (the library itself).

    There are few TI wiki articles too on RTSC. BTW what device you're planning to use or are using? This is irrelevant for few devices.
