CCSv5 with J-Link Segger for AM3874

Hello,

We are developing a custom board based on Sitara AM3874 processor.

Currently I try to run DDR3 SW Leveling procedure as described here http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/TI814x-DDR3-Init-U-Boot_Wordwise_SWleveling

We have J-Link Segger emulator. According to http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/J-Link_Emulator_Support TI provides J-Link support only for Sitara AM353x processors.
I tried to use it for AM3874 and as expected it didn't work, CCS could not connect to target processor.

Is there any way to use CCS with J-Link for AM3874 DDR3 SW Leveling?

Unfortunately no. As you realized, Jlink is not supported for this platform and at this time there are no plans to expand this.

Hello, Rafael.

Thank you for clarification.
Do you know if DDR leveling can be done without using CCS with jtag or it is the only way?
Maybe I shall address this question in a different forum.

Sorry, I am unsure how to do DDR leveling. You may want to ask this in the Sitara device forum on this server.
