Is there any PDF user guide of CCS v6.x ?

There isn't a specific Users Guide for Getting Started with CCS. That information is mostly in wikis, videos etc. There are several Users Guides accessible from CCS menu Help->Help Contents for specific components within CCS. Most of these are also available as pdfs on the TI web site. You can go to ti.com and search by name of the document.
