    Vivek,

    Since DM365 has an ARM9 core, you must enable Adaptive clocking on the target configuration settings for your emulator.

    To set this, you can access the tab Advanced of the target configuration file and adjust the JTAG TCLK setting. For details on how to find these settings, check the first couple of minutes of the following clip:
