SD XDS560V2 Unable to communicate with the debug probe.

Hello,

There was no problem to use SD XDS560V2 a few month ago. (I wasn't developing TI application these days)

Today, I faced an below error when tried to connect target.

The XDS560V2 and board were connected well to another PC. It looks my PC has problem.

I re-installed driver from (C:\Program Files (x86)\SpectrumDigital\Emulation\Drivers\i386), but couldn't still use XDS560V2.

Please let me know how I can fix this problem. CCS version is 6.0.1

Hi,

Can you check your device manager? Are the drivers installed correctly?

I checked that driver was installed correctly in device manager.

By the way, I executed sd560v2Config and started 'USB TestLoopBack' four times.
I saw four error messages - 'USB LOOPBACK FAILED AT LOOPCOUNT xxx'. (xxx = 101, 68, 18, 699)
Are those loopback errors related target connecting fail?

Can you replace the data cable and try inserting this new cable to some other USB connector?
