CCSv4 desktop icon unavailable on Japanese WinXP

The CCSv4 desktop icon does not appear on my computer that Japanese WinXP installed. Does not it support for Japanese OS?

Normally, it will be installed in "D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop", but it seems to be installed in "D:\Documents and Settings\All Users\xxxxxx", "xxxxxx" is new folder with garbled characters. So the desktop icon does not appear on desktop.
