Project Properties windows different on two different computers.

I have CCS v 6.0.1.00040 running on two different Win7 computers (for MSP430).  I copied the entire workspace over from one to the other.  See the screen shots below; on one computer (the first window below) I can get to the Linker File Search Path, on the other computer (second and third screen), it is not possible to get to the Linker File Search Path.  Both copies of CCS are up to date.
